If you are looking to recreate a healthy relationship with all food, stop binge-eating or overeating, find satisfaction in your food choices with the goal to feel good in their own body - this coaching is for you! My philosophies are based off of Intuitive Eating 10 Principles, Health at Every Size and my own experiences (read more in "About Me"). We find an individualized approach for you that you enjoy, makes you feel satisfied and nourished so you can adhere to it for the long-term. Programs include 30 minute weekly phone calls, weekly check-ins via email and weekly activities/guided practices to hold you accountable in becoming a more content eater/human-being.  I will not put you through a quick fix as I care about your mental health, keeping your metabolism in a healthy state and sustainability of the process. Programs range for 8, 12, & 20 weeks. 

I specialize in strength training programs that will help you increase your confidence, energy levels, focus and make you feel strong. My goal is to make each individual feel confident and successful in the weight room. Each program is based off the client’s prior exercise experience, their current goals, and what their schedule looks like. I will send you private video clips of each exercise with voice over for demonstration purposes. It is an option for each client to send videos back so I can help critique their form. Programs range for 4, 8, 12 + weeks.

This will include both nutrition coaching and a personalized training program. Nutrition coaching will be based off Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size and my own experiences (read "About Me") but individualized for the client’'s physical and mental needs. Training programs will be based off prior exercise experience, current goals and current lifestyle. It is an option for each client to send videos back so I can help critique their form. Programs range from 8, 12, 20 weeks.

If you are in the Twin Cities metro or suburban area, I would love to work with you one-on-one for personal training. This is for someone who needs in-person accountability and in-person explanation on exercises and the “why” behind the programming. Every program is individualized with the respect to your prior exercise experience, your goals and your current lifestyle. Payments are made monthly with no contracts.

Online & Virtual Intuitive Eating Coaching

If you are looking to recreate a healthy relationship with all food, stop binge-eating or overeating, free yourself from restriction and find satisfaction in your food choices with the goal to feel good in their own body - this coaching is for you! We will focus on breaking free from the diet mentality, listening to inner hunger and fullness cues, introspectiveness and finding satisfaction in food and life. Programs are individualized and include 30 minute 1:1 phone calls, weekly check- ins via email, weekly activities/guided practices and other resources to help you in your journey! 

Online Strength Training Programs

If you need an individualized plan to help you gain muscle, feel strong, feel energized and increase your confidence in the weight room, this is the program for you! Included: Individualized strength training program based off your goals, priorities, schedule and prior experience with exercise. Programs are set up in 4 week cycles and sent with video demonstrations of the exercises. Weekly submission forms will be utilized to provide feedback, give you the opportunity to send videos back for form critique and modify anything if necessary. Suggestions on cardiovascular exercise is included.

Circuit Training Programs

If the weight room is not an interest to you but you would like more guidance on training programs that include Kettlebells, Dumbbells, TRX, Bosu Balls, Stability Balls, Steps, Body Bars, etc. then this program is for you! Included: Individualized circuit training program based off your goals, priorities, schedule and prior experience with exercise.Programs are set up in 4 week cycles and sent with video demonstrations of the exercises.Weekly submission forms will be utilized to provide feedback, give you the opportunity to send videos back for form critique and modify anything if necessary. Suggestions on cardiovascular exercise is included.

In Person Personal or Partner Training

If you are in the Twin Cities area and you would like to train in person because you need the accountability, this program is for you! Training will specialize in strength training and be based off client’s goals, priorities, schedule and past experience with exercise. You will receive your individualized program in a spreadsheet with written explanations of exercises and updates or modifications that happened during the training session. Training sessions are 60 minutes in length with proper warmup and cool-down included. ALL levels welcomed. 

Corporate Wellness Group Classes

If your company is in the Twin Cities area and needs an experienced, energetic and welcoming group fitness instructor, Allison is the trainer for you! Classes will include strength training and cardiovascular training. Modifications will be offered for each exercise so all levels of fitness can join.
