If you are looking to recreate a healthy relationship with all food, stop binge-eating or overeating, find satisfaction in your food choices with the goal to feel good in their own body - this coaching is for you! My philosophies are based off of Intuitive Eating 10 Principles, Health at Every Size and my own experiences (read more in "About Me"). We find an individualized approach for you that you enjoy, makes you feel satisfied and nourished so you can adhere to it for the long-term. Programs include 30 minute weekly phone calls, weekly check-ins via email and weekly activities/guided practices to hold you accountable in becoming a more content eater/human-being. I will not put you through a quick fix as I care about your mental health, keeping your metabolism in a healthy state and sustainability of the process. Programs range for 8, 12, & 20 weeks.
I specialize in strength training programs that will help you increase your confidence, energy levels, focus and make you feel strong. My goal is to make each individual feel confident and successful in the weight room. Each program is based off the client’s prior exercise experience, their current goals, and what their schedule looks like. I will send you private video clips of each exercise with voice over for demonstration purposes. It is an option for each client to send videos back so I can help critique their form. Programs range for 4, 8, 12 + weeks.

This is for someone who needs in-person accountability and in-person explanation on exercises and the “why” behind the programming. Every program is individualized with the respect to your prior exercise experience, your goals and your current lifestyle. Payments are made monthly with no contracts.
